We are now looking for a Salesforce Solution Consultant to join our growing Salesforce team. We're looking for someone with a customer-focused mindset, curiosity for innovation, and a passion for combining technology and business to create real impact.

Your Role

As a Salesforce Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering impactful Salesforce projects together with clients, colleagues, and Salesforce itself.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, and design smart, scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and beyond.

You will collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and other experts while continuously developing your own Salesforce expertise. Depending on your experience and ambitions, you may grow into a project management role leading larger client engagements or deepen your expertise toward a Solution Architect path.

We are especially excited about people who are curious about AI, innovation, and emerging Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce.

What You'll Do

• Translate client challenges into effective Salesforce solutions through workshops and discovery sessions
• Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions together with cross-functional teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Salesforce best practices, scalability, and governance
• Participate in Salesforce implementations from requirement gathering to solution delivery
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing with solution insights and proposal development
• Collaborate closely with Sofigate colleagues, sharing knowledge, ideas, and innovation
• Represent Sofigate professionally and contribute positively within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies

What You Bring

• Experience working with Salesforce implementations, solution consulting, or digital transformation initiatives
• Confidence facilitating workshops, customer dialogues, and discovery sessions
• Strong understanding of customer needs, business processes, and how technology can create business value
• Experience designing or configuring Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Interest in AI, innovation, and new Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are considered valuable
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
