About the role
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a high volume of complex employee relations cases across a diverse operational portfolio. Reporting to the HR Advisory Manager, this role suits an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high case-load environment and is confident delivering practical, commercially sound advice on challenging workplace matters.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners closely with leaders to navigate sensitive and high-risk employee issues, requiring strong judgement, resilience, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and legislative compliance. The role demands a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, balancing employee risk, operational outcomes, and statutory obligations within a complex advisory environment.
