Operations Support Specialist

Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support one of our Oil & Gas clients in Minot, ND. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing work order tickets in CMMS for services including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security systems, and building hardware, soft services or other projects as needed
  • Assisting in providing general customer support to resolve issues
  • Assisting in providing problem analysis and resolution, either via direct communication with the account or by informing the manager of issues that will require a more in depth effort
  • Working with other departments for vendor and product compliance
  • May supervise less than two full time employees
