Operations Manager I, Multi-Service

Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking an Operations Manager I, Multi-Service for an Oil & Gas client in Tioga, ND to maximize the value of the client's assets and achieve their operational and financial goals. What You'll Do

• Responsible for overseeing work order tickets in CMMS for services including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security systems, and building hardware, soft services or other projects as needed
• Assist in providing general customer support to resolve issues
• Assist in providing problem analysis and resolution, either via direct communication with the account or by informing the manager of issues that will require a more in-depth effort
• Work with other departments for vendor and product compliance
• May supervise less than two full time employees

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
