Hospitality Manager - Patient Services

Sodexo is seeking a Hospitality Manager - Patient Services at St. Luke's Guest House in Boise, Idaho. This strategic leader will manage and oversee all guest services, direct and develop a team of frontline employees, and ensure guest satisfaction for the 14-room guest house at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations related to all guest services
  • Coordinate the department's safety programs
  • Ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
  • Manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors

What You Bring

  • Experience in hotels and/or guest services
  • Experience managing housekeeping and/or environmental services associates
  • Natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
  • Proficient computer skills (experience with reservation systems, a plus)
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills
