General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial on-site at St. Agnes Hospital located in Fond Du Lac, WI.

With 147 beds, SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is a Level III Trauma center, and Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke center. The General Manager of Environmental Services (EVS) will have oversight of all EVS activities at the hospital as well as external sites (clinics & outpatient services).

Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at health care client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions.

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
