Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for the United States Marine Corps at Parris Island located in Parris Island, SC. Headquarters and Service Battalion Mess Hall is located aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. This dining facility is patronized daily by the permanent personnel Marines stationed on the depot. Currently open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, the unit averages around three hundred meals fed daily. The Food Production Manager provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company.

1. Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
2. Deliver high quality food service;
3. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
4. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
5. Develop strategic plans;
6. Create a positive environment; and/or
7. Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
