Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee food service operations at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Schuylkill South in Pottsville, PA. This role is responsible for department financials and daily operations across patient services, retail café, culinary production, and catering.

1. Provide oversight of day-to-day food service operations.
2. Deliver high-quality food service that meets patient, staff, and visitor expectations.
3. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
4. Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
5. Create and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent professional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications and experience with report management.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
