EVS Operations Manager

Sodexo is seeking an EVS Operations Manager for New York-Presbyterian located in Bronxville, New York. This is a Second Shift position, with some weekends and holidays as business needs dictate managing a team of 40. New York-Presbyterian is a 288-bed facility providing healthcare to residents of Westchester County and surrounding communities.

This role will be responsible for employee engagement and development of a service culture, as we manage the EVS department at this account. This is an evening position managing Environmental Services and Transport departments. Computer knowledge of the EPIC system for transport and discharge cleans, supporting client paid union staff. HR interactions as well as nursing leadership. Finance responsibilities to include supplies, equipment and labor.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client and patient satisfaction scores;
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
  • Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
  • Manage client paid, union staff.
  • Support an inclusive workforce.

Minimum Education Requirement
