Custodial Manager II

Join our team at Moses Cone Hospital! Sodexo is seeking an experienced Custodial Manager II to lead environmental services operations across our expansive and fast-paced healthcare campus in Greensboro, NC. Moses Cone Memorial Hospital is a 63-acre, 628-bed teaching hospital and regional referral center committed to excellence in patient care, cleanliness, and safety. This is a second shift role (2:00pm start time) with some rotating weekends as holidays as business needs dictate overseeing a housekeeping team of 30.

• Women's & Children's Center (opened 2020)
• The Heart & Vascular Center – Bell Tower (opened 2025)
• Multiple on-site Medical Office Buildings

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for second shift custodial/EVS services
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, regulatory, and safety standards
• Manage staffing, productivity, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and support departments to support patient throughput and discharge efficiency

Qualifications

• Operating Room end of day cleaning experience
• Floor care programs
• Discharge/bed flow throughput

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
