Soccer Shots is the nation's leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2–8. Our nationally recognized program introduces kids to the beautiful game through high-energy, age-appropriate sessions that blend soccer skills with character development. Our mission is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour. Performance-based pay with opportunities for growth.

Position Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic, part-time Soccer Coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing our curriculum to life. As a coach, you'll:

• Lead engaging classes at local schools, parks, and community centers
• Inspire kids to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer
• Serve as a role model by teaching both soccer skills and life lessons
• Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism, energy, and positivity

What We're Looking For

• Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between locations required)
• Clean driving record
• Neat appearance and courteous attitude
• Commitment to upholding Soccer Shots' values and brand standards
• Previous experience working with children or coaching is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)

Work Environment

• In-person role—no remote work
• Flexible scheduling with opportunities to coach mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
