Sales Representative

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. At Soccer Shots Toledo, we're expanding and looking for a motivated sales professional to help grow our impact in the community.

Position Overview

We're seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Representative to build relationships with schools, childcare centers, recreation departments, and families. This role will focus on business development, community outreach, and enrollment growth for Soccer Shots Toledo programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential partner schools, childcare centers, and community organizations.
• Build strong relationships with directors, administrators, and decision makers.
• Manage leads, follow up, and close new accounts.
• Represent Soccer Shots Toledo at community events, fairs, and expos.
• Communicate program benefits clearly and passionately to parents and organizations.
• Track and report sales activity and progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Passion for working with children, families, and community partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Toledo area.
