The LATAM team has seen incredible success, and you will be joining one of our fastest-growing sales segments to capitalize on a massive total addressable market. As part of the Snyk Sales team, you will play a meaningful, outbound role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Developer Security space.
This opportunity is not just about closing deals; you'll have plenty of scope to contribute to the iterative improvement of our sales process, tone, approach, and internal tooling. You will be a key player in a collaborative team focused on maximizing performance and earning potential.
Lead the pre-sales cycle with a focus on prospective medium to large businesses in the LATAM market.
Research and map accounts to identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across DevSecOps, Development, and Digital Transformation teams.
Create and execute compelling, creative messaging for cold outreach to new customers to generate pipeline through outbound activity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders to drive the entire sales process.
Negotiate terms and close new deals, managing accounts through both short and long sales cycles.
7+ years of closing experience, demonstrating a history of achieving and exceeding quota.
Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
Experience selling a technical product and a strong desire to join a high-growth startup environment.
An understanding of the software developer lifecycle and the ability to articulate how a developer tooling product fits in.
Proven self-motivation, determination, and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience identifying high-propensity target accounts and generating pipeline through outbound efforts.
Are fluent in Spanish—that's a strong bonus!
