Snelling Huntsville is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor on behalf of one of our valued clients. This position plays a key role in driving business growth by connecting with prospective customers, scheduling consultation appointments, and providing guidance on available services. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to set consultation appointments.
• Clearly explain service offerings, highlighting benefits and addressing basic questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Stay informed on industry-related knowledge to better communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Basic knowledge of business or tax services a plus (training provided).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.

Compensation & Benefits
