We're looking for a motivated, outgoing Roofing Sales Canvasser to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and is driven to succeed.

In this role, you'll be canvassing residential neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners, and setting appointments for roofing inspections and estimates. No prior roofing or construction experience is required—we provide training to set you up for success.

Once you complete training, top performers can transition into a commission-based structure with strong earning potential.

Schedule 40+ hours per week 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Availability required for at least 2 Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads
• Speak with homeowners about roofing services
• Set appointments for inspections and estimates
• Track leads and scheduled appointments
• Represent the company professionally in the community

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and personal cell phone
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
