Snelling is recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Manager for an insurance and bonding company in the Birmingham area. Upbeat office looking for someone with enthusiasm, ability to multitask and to keep daily operations running smoothly! This person will help us build & maintain great relationships with our existing clients and land new ones. Responsibilities include quoting new & renewal home and auto insurance accounts, making policy changes, handling claims, issuing auto ID cards, communicating changes with clients and related activities.

Base Salary & Benefits for Personal Lines Account Manager:

• $20.00-25.00/hr, depending on experience
• Paid individual health coverage if needed
• Paid Long-Term Disability if needed
• Paid Vacation per agency guidelines

Job Requirements for Personal Lines Account Manager:

• 3 years experience working in an independent insurance agency environment.
• A State of Alabama Property & Casualty License is required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Comfortable working with people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Maintain appropriate licensing with State of Alabama Insurance Department.
• Become proficient with our agency management system (Partner XE).
