How you will spend your time as Head of Automotive Sales and Partnerships:

Own the automotive and off-highway vehicle market — identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic sales opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Build and lead high-impact partnerships that go beyond transactions to include co-development, integration, and long-term growth. Serve as the primary commercial voice between customers and internal teams — aligning engineering, product, and execs around market needs. Lead customer engagements from first call to contract, with a focus on technical discovery, solution positioning, and deal structuring. Represent this terrific company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites — as both a sales leader and trusted technical advisor.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as Head of Automotive Sales and Partnerships:

5+ years of sales or business development leadership in automotive, ADAS, sensors, mobility, or related hardware technology. Proven track record of driving $1M–$3M+ in annual revenue. Experience selling into OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is a strong plus. Entrepreneurial mindset — you build the path, not just follow it. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable with both engineers and executives. Willingness to travel (up to 35% domestic, occasional international). Technical curiosity — able to learn radar and sensing technology quickly and speak confidently about it.
