Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/ongoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide information about products and services
• Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and promotions
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
• Perform data entry tasks accurately

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
• Ability to upsell products effectively
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
