Bilingual Counter Sales Agent

Snelling Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join an equipment and building supply company that has been serving the Baton Rouge area for over 50 years. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position with daytime hours, starting at $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

– Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

– This role involves counter sales along with strong customer service skills related to accounts and building needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently communicate with people at all levels, verbally, in writing and in person.
• Provide effective customer service
• Learn, apply and communicate knowledge of products and services.
• Handle incoming calls from customers with questions regarding their account status.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Ability to learn, use and effectively work in the Customer Information System software

Requirements:

• Fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Will train in Supply and Equipment Field
