About the Role: We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer service–driven individuals to join our Wine & Beyond team as Sales Associates.

As a Sales Associate, you will provide exemplary customer service, ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers, delivering exceptional service every time.
• Educate, advise, and suggest products to customers to drive sales.
• Complete customer transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Stock shelves and coolers, participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures (when applicable).
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements (AGLC/BC LRS, ProServe/Serving It Right, OHS, First Aid).
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
• Support general store maintenance, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ProServe/Serving It Right certification (required).
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Training in wine, beer, or spirits is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
