- The primary responsibility is to manage, optimize, and grow Snappr's existing SEM accounts.
- You will be running the day-to-day activities of managing our Google Ads accounts, including reporting, testing, optimization, and account growth.
- Part of your role involves researching, learning, and testing new betas and technologies released for Google Ads.
- You will develop growth strategies to increase conversions, sales, and revenue from PPC ads.
- Coordination with graphic designers and the social media team is required to create fresh new display and YouTube ads.
- You will be tasked with improving ad copy and landing page performance, which includes creating and testing new copy as well as optimizing landing page conversion rates.
- The job is based in Manila and requires on-site work at the company's office in Ortigas CBD.
- This role contributes to Snappr's goal of building the worldโs largest visual content platform.

- You should have at least 4 years of experience in SEM management, ideally with 2 years at an agency.
- A deep understanding of search campaigns and conversion tracking is essential, including the ability to build accounts from scratch and optimize existing ones.
- Proficiency in website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel is required.
- You must be capable of creating detailed reports and segmentation for SEM account performance.
- The role demands a specialist with a strong grasp of Google Ads and the latest technologies and betas released for it.
- You should be able to work independently as this is not a team manager position and does not involve managing junior team members.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for making photography accessible are key to being successful in this role.
