- The Growth Marketing Manager will oversee the performance and growth of Snappr's B2B marketing efforts.
- The role involves creating high-level reporting for B2B marketing to be presented to leadership and the executive team.
- The manager will manage and optimize existing outreach channels, including cold-email and LinkedIn outreach.
- New campaigns and outreach channels will be developed and tested, including both paid and unpaid platforms.
- Research on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) will be conducted using tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
- The manager will develop and execute strategies to convert ICPs into hot leads for the sales team.
- There is potential for the role to grow into a people manager position after the first 6 months.

- Experience in owning objectives and key results (OKRs) for demand generation is necessary.
- A background in working for a SaaS company is preferred, with early venture-backed company experience being a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of successful outreach experience is expected.
