- The Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager will oversee the operational components of business development efforts, industry affairs activities, and sales support initiatives.
- This role involves managing the business development opportunity pipeline, including prioritization, status updates, and key target dates.
- The individual will track and report business development influence on sales pipeline activity.
- Responsibilities include overseeing contract management, including partner contract expiration and renewals.
- The manager will provide project management and execution support for new partnership launches.
- The role requires developing agendas and presentation materials for internal and external business development meetings.
- The individual will support relationship management with industry organizations and assist with preparation for webinars and external presentations.
- The manager will conduct research to support industry affairs objectives and develop dashboards to track departmental progress against goals.
⚡ Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, consulting, revenue operations, business development, or project management, ideally within a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and with external partners.
- Proficiency in developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and managing reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions.
- Familiarity with industry affairs and/or sales operations is a plus.
