- Provide timely and effective product support to Snapdocs users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with product transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes
- Work closely with the customer support and product teams to identify and troubleshoot user issues

- Previous experience in an operations or product support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly and effectively
