As Senior Manager, AV Technology & Operations you will guide the full lifecycle of our global AV environments. You will bring clarity and structure to complex design and engineering work, setting standards that ensure every room type, technology stack and service workflow is aligned across all regions. You will oversee the quality and consistency of delivery, from validating system designs and rack builds through to installation governance and commissioning.
Your work will continue long after systems go live. You will drive operational excellence across global support teams, strengthening incident management, change control, lifecycle planning and service maturity. You will act as the highest technical escalation point for critical issues and ensure our collaboration environments, live events and executive forums run with stability and confidence.
You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams, guiding procurement strategies, ensuring network compliance and supporting high visibility forums with engineering assurance. Through your leadership, our AV and collaboration estate will remain resilient, modern and ready for the future.
