At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.
Join a global leader in medical technology as we continue to transform our IT services and embrace cloud and digital innovation. We're expanding our Global Cloud Center of Excellence and looking for a talented Senior Cloud FinOps Analyst to help us optimise cloud spend and drive financial efficiency across our Azure and AWS environments. If you're passionate about cloud technologies and want to make a real impact in a high-performing global team, this is your opportunity.
You'll be at the heart of our cloud transformation journey, working within the Global Cloud Center of Excellence and reporting to the Global Cloud COE Manager. Your mission will be to analyze cloud usage, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and lead initiatives that ensure our cloud investments are aligned with business goals. From managing reserved instances and savings plans to presenting insights through dashboards and executive-level presentations, you'll be the go-to expert for cloud financial optimisation. Collaborating across internal customers' service teams, you'll help shape the future of our cloud strategy.
Success in this role means being a proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll need to be confident working across global teams and time zones, and comfortable managing multiple projects under pressure.
