Sales Representative (w/m/x) Advanced Wound Management

As a Sales Representative in the Advanced Wound Management (AWM, Modern Wound Care) area, you will be responsible for the technical consultation of medical products and for sales in the outpatient sector in your sales area. Among your tasks are the consultation and support of users to products for, for example, the care of wound healing disorders or chronic wounds. In this role, you will work closely with the other team members in your area, for example, when it comes to strategic sales projects and target groups.
Sales area: Bremen & Lower Saxony (including Bremerhaven, Stade, Oldenburg, East Friesland)
What does this job entail?
- Care of the existing customers and strategic acquisition of new customers
- Technical consultation of products from the area of chronic and post-operative wound care
- Building trustworthy, long-term relationships with different stakeholders in the outpatient sector (e.g., retail companies, pharmacies, doctor's offices, medical treatment centers, wound care centers, home care services)
- Close collaboration with wound care consultants in the context of trainings/workshops
- Support at regional congresses, trade fairs, and training sessions (Medical Education)
What is needed to be successful in this job?
- A medical education, for example, as a nurse or medical assistant, or a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience/further education
- Professional experience in sales/outside sales, ideally for medical products
- Enthusiasm for modern wound care
- A high service and customer orientation, communication skills, negotiation skills, and a strong desire for success
- Team skills, organizational talent, and enthusiasm
- Secure use of IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
- Driver's license class B and residence as well as willingness to travel in the mentioned area
