Marketing Manager (W/M/X) For Traumatology & Extremities

As a Marketing Manager for the Traumatology & Extremities division, you will report to the Marketing Director of Orthopaedics & Real Intelligence DACH. In this position, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of marketing strategies and product launches. Your product segment includes external fixators, plate systems, as well as nails and screws. In close cooperation with the international marketing team, you will be responsible for the internal and external communication of all relevant topics in your product area.
Location: Nationwide in Germany, preferably Hamburg or Munich
What You Will Do:
- Conception and implementation of marketing strategies and product launches for the Traumatology & Extremities division
- Responsibility for brand building, brand communication, content marketing & social media
- Strategic planning, management, and economic-ecological optimization of the product portfolio with special consideration of sustainability, resource efficiency, and cost-benefit aspects
- Development and creation of marketing, sales, budget, forecast, and promotional plans for the DACH region
- Building and continuously developing a data-based management and reporting system to support decision-making processes, efficiency, and transparency in marketing
- Monitoring the product lifecycle (including technical product maintenance) and initiating and accompanying the development of the portfolio in response to market requirements, profitability, and environmental compatibility
- Conducting market, data, and competitive analyses and working closely with key education leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
- Active participation in the organization and execution of events, workshops, training, and surgical accompaniments with a focus on knowledge transfer, user orientation, and sustainable value creation
What You Need To Succeed:
- Either a completed university degree (e.g., in medical technology, business administration, or marketing) or a commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk) with relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, marketing, or medical education in the healthcare sector
- Solid expertise in (digital) marketing, supplemented by data and analytical skills to derive market and business opportunities
- Extensive knowledge of economics and the ability to make decisions based on data, KPIs, and economic-ecological criteria
- A high level of independence, entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, and presentation competence
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and relevant marketing tools
- Very good German and good English skills (verbal and written)
- Driving license class B and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
