What Will You Do?

As a Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will be a driving force for the marketing strategy and commercial development in France. You will work closely with the internal teams (sales, logistics, Medical Education, Market Access, AO, Finance) to define the positioning of the product lines, coordinate product launches, and support the adoption of innovations in the market. You will also be involved in the operational management of products, monitoring financial performance, and developing new business opportunities. This role will allow you to combine strategic vision and on-the-ground execution in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

What Is Required To Succeed?

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership, analysis, and a strong ability to collaborate:

• Degree in engineering (ideally in biomedical or biomechanical) or solid experience in marketing in medical devices
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in orthopedics or medical devices
• Excellent project management skills, data analysis, and knowledge of the MDI market
• Creativity, rigor, interpersonal skills, and ability to convince
