HSE Lead

Support the development of the HSE system and the application of all HSE requirements.

Review and monitor the risk assessment of team.

Ensure the on-time completion and accuracy of Near-miss report with team.

Promote health and safety policies and procedures to encourage a safe working environment.

Support to fulfill the agreed annual value stream & engineering function Quality and compliance target.

Maintain the highest stand of GMP and Compliance within value stream areas & engineering team or on a larger scope when relevant.

Monitor compliance, accuracy, and consistency go through value stream & engineering team on a regular basis.

Drive value stream & engineering team quality and compliance continuous improvement.

Provide the major interface between the project team ensuring that technical work task is compliant, and that the file is suitable for audit by FDA, BSI, and other respective regulatory bodies.

To perform all activities in compliance with relevant Quality Systems Standards.

By leading engineering performance reporting in value stream and coordinate the resource to solve the engineering related problems happened in the process of daily operation.

Guarantee other assigned Delivery & Cost relevant tasks in value stream are executed effectively as requirements.

Be familiar with process and equipment, could independently handle or organized team to carried out or guide the manufacturing related supporting activities. E.g., trouble shooting, root cause analysis to reach the continuous improvement.

To co-work with related engineering department to build the robust process by increasing the capability of the equipment and process to cover the possible existing variance in process and raw material.

Lead or take part in the related automation project to meet the requirements of productivity improvement and manufacturing strategy.

To identify key delivery activities necessary to form and execute a project plan.

To support the equipment design and to optimize manufacturing process and product lines. It is expected that where necessary technical activities will be undertaken and would encompass generation of all associated documentation.

To develop an understanding of customer needs in order to generate and evaluate potential technical solutions for example raw material changes or review and revision of process due to customer complaints.

Ensure team follow rules of employee handbook.

Provide the necessary coach and team performance review, motivate to develop team/Individual capacity for promoting the high performance.

Manage junior technical members.
