At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. This role predominantly works with and targets customers in Gothenburg and the surrounding region. In order to move through the territory more easily and to protect work life balance it's important you live in this location.
What will you be doing?
Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that it's about developing a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role works with our Sales Manager and Marketing team to maximise and drive sales with our target customers.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. It's the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. In turn, we expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography this will likely impact on existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
Travel requirements: ~ 80% travel locally within the territory with up to 10% travel involving overnight stays
