SANDRO is looking for a Sales Assistant part time for the Firenze Rinascente corner. As a brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will perform the following duties:

VENDITA

• Ensure a high level of customer service going beyond customer expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product, the history, and the values of SANDRO
• Advise customers following fashion trends and mid-luxury market developments, showing passion for fashion
• Welcome and assist demanding clientele
• Loyalize customers by providing adequate and personalized advice
• Contribute to the development of our brand image by providing a unique and personalized service
• Increase revenue by enhancing our products
• Achieve personal and store objectives through an in-depth knowledge of the collection and customers

MERCHANDISING

• Organize the sales area and products respecting company guidelines
• Ensure that visual standards are market-leading
• Create the visual merchandising of our collections in accordance with the guidelines provided by the company and the Store Manager

OPERATIONS

• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent store management
• Help with stock management and deliveries

Qualifiche

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in the high-end ready-to-wear sector
• Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the sector and its trends
• High level of customer service and business sense
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent communication and relationship skills
• Excellent teamworking and problem-solving skills
• Good stress management, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent English
