SANDRO is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant for the Firenze boutique starting from the end of August 2025.

As a brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will perform the following duties:

VENDITA

  • Ensure a high level of customer service going beyond customer expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product, the story, and the values of SANDRO
  • Advise customers following the trends of the fashion world and the developments of the mid-luxury market, showing passion for fashion
  • Welcome and assist demanding customers
  • Loyalize the customer base, providing adequate and personalized advice
  • Contribute to the development of our brand image by providing a unique and personalized service
  • Increase revenue by enhancing our products
  • Achieve personal and store objectives by having an in-depth knowledge of the collection and customers

MERCHANDISING

  • Organize the sales area and products respecting the company guidelines
  • Ensure that the visual standards are market-leading
  • Create the visual merchandising of our collections in accordance with the guidelines provided by the company and the Store Manager

OPERATIONS

  • Work as part of a team to ensure excellent store management
  • Help in the management of stock and deliveries

Qualifiche

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in the high-end prêt-à-porter sector
  • Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the sector and its trends
  • High level of customer service and business sense
  • Curated appearance and excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Excellent teamworking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good stress management, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent English
