Description Du Poste

Within the IT Department, and more specifically within the Operations Division composed of 6 employees, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational maintenance of IT applications.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:

  • Assisting users, providing technical expertise (N1 and N2);
  • Analyzing the causes of incidents and proposing corrective action plans, in collaboration with other teams in the DOO;
  • Tracking and handling incidents (using the GLPI HelpDesk software);
  • Documenting and evolving the operational procedures;
  • Providing support for potential new tools deployed in the company;
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of applications (review of configuration, settings), and inter-application flows (execution, integration, processing of anomalies);
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of IT tools (Scheduler, ESB, CDC tool...);
  • Maintaining procedures and respecting the confidentiality of information to which, by virtue of your job, you may have access;
  • Being a force of proposal to provide and implement feasible and adequate solutions, taking part in improvements and evolutions;
  • Communicating effectively with different suppliers.

Qualifications

You hold a degree of Bac+5 with successful professional experience of at least 2 years on application support.

  • Good mastery of SQL; SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Excel, ESB (Anypoint Platform), Scheduler (VTOM)
  • Ideally, knowledge of Cylande/Cegid solutions (Storeland/Winstore), SalesForce solutions (SFCC, SFSC,…), WMS (Reflex) among others
  • Relational and writing skills
  • Teamwork and good communication
  • Reliability, rigor, pragmatism, responsiveness, availability, friendliness, good management of priorities
  • Technical English proficiency.
