In this role, you will act as a central point of support for brokers and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and accurately while building strong working relationships. You will develop a solid understanding of core processes, documentation requirements, and the end-to-end commercial journey, contributing to a high-quality experience for partners.
Alongside providing first-line support, you will enhance your knowledge of products, tariffs, and contract validation, becoming a trusted resource for internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting pre-live processes, managing inbound enquiries, and collaborating closely with sales channels to resolve operational challenges. By identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements, you will play an important role in streamlining workflows and improving the overall broker and partner journey.
