Salesforce Admin & Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin & Developer to support and evolve our Salesforce platform across Smadex and Adwake. This hybrid role combines strong declarative configuration with custom development, supporting fast-moving operational teams across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect, you'll work hands-on to maintain and improve our multi-org Salesforce setup. The ideal candidate will be technically solid, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying system improvements while executing reliably against sprint priorities.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Platform Setup & Maintenance:
• Configure and maintain core features including page layouts, record types, custom objects, and validation rules. You will also manage the security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) and monitor system health and API usage.
• Automation & Optimization:
• Design and build Flow and Apex automation to streamline business processes, implementing approval processes and email alerts. You will identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with declarative automation and optimize existing automations for performance.
• Development & Integration:
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex requirements and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making and provide training to end users on platform features.
• Data Quality:
• Maintain data quality through duplicate management, validation rules, and cleanup initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce admin and development experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, and performance tuning.
• Admin Expertise:
• Strong skills in Flows, Lightning Builder, permission sets, and validation rules.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Platform App Builder or Developer is preferred.
• Delivery Mindset:
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and deliver iteratively.
• Languages:
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Role Scope:
• Please note this is a hands-on individual contributor role; you will not manage stakeholders or architectural decisions directly.
