✨ About The Role
- Provide operational support for underwriting and credit review processes, including tracking customer submissions and making recommendations in adherence to risk policies
- Analyze customer financial statements and business health, perform transaction and vendor reviews, and recommend internal risk ratings
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience
- Educate internal teams and customers on risk policies, ensure compliance, and work on documentation of procedures and risk updates
- Partner with various teams to develop KPIs, build monitoring dashboards, and ensure timely repayment from customers through effective communication

- Experienced in risk management and underwriting, with a focus on executing risk strategies and policies
- Skilled in analyzing customer financial statements and business financial health, especially in consumer/small business lending and payments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to handle complex conversations with customers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes from scratch, with a self-directed and proactive approach
