Desktops, Laptops, and Mobile Devices: Administer and maintain a diverse fleet of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices running Windows, Mac OS, and Android. Ensure the stability, performance, and security of end user computing environments. Software Packaging and Deployment: Package and deploy software applications and updates using tools like SCCM System Center Configuration Manager and AdminStudio. Create and maintain standardized software configurations for end user devices. Operating System Management: Manage operating systems on end user devices, including Windows, Mac OS, and Android. Perform OS updates, patch management, and troubleshooting. Application Compatibility: Ensure compatibility of applications with different operating systems and device types. Resolve application compatibility issues to provide a seamless user experience. User Support: Provide support to end users, including troubleshooting device and software related issues. Collaborate with helpdesk teams to resolve technical problems. Security Measures: Configure and maintain security measures on end user devices, including antivirus, firewalls, and encryption. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Conduct security audits and maintain compliance documentation. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of device configurations, software packaging, and support procedures. Create user guides and training materials. Reporting: Provide regular reporting to management on end user device status, software deployment, and compliance.
