Job Description: Responsible and accountable for managing risk by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures. This role ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank's risk appetite. The Salesforce Data Cloud Developer will play a critical role in ingesting, harmonizing, and activating customer data across systems to enable personalized, data driven marketing and engagement strategies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data Ingestion & Harmonization: Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud from internal and external sources CRM, transactional systems, digital platforms.
- Data Modeling: Define and maintain unified customer profiles using Data Cloud's harmonization rules, identity resolution, and data mapping capabilities.
- Integration: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud.
