We're now looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team for the next chapter of our journey.

Are you a proactive, creative marketing professional with a passion for building brands and driving B2B demand? Your mission: As a B2B Marketing Specialist at Sleep Cycle, your primary focus will be to support brand-building and demand generation for our new technology licensing business. You will develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ranging from event planning and content creation (white papers, videos, case studies) to LinkedIn community management. You will develop a keen understanding for both our competitors and our potential partners, staying at the forefront of the role that our technology can play both now and in the future, and across global markets. You'll work closely alongside our Strategic Partnership team, in ensuring that Sleep Cycle becomes the recognized leader in sleep technology licensing, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Plan, organize, and execute B2B events (industry conferences, webinars, partner showcases) to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Create and deliver high-quality B2B content such as white papers, thought leadership articles, videos, and case studies.
  • Manage and grow Sleep Cycle's web and LinkedIn presence, building an active and engaged B2B community.
  • Drive and manage partner co-marketing.
  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns that raise awareness and deliver measurable pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in SaaS, licensing, and digital health to position Sleep Cycle as an industry thought leader.
  • Develop a clear understanding of both local and global market nuances that may impact and help drive our positioning.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within a start-up or fast-growth environment.
  • Strong background in event marketing, product marketing, content generation, and social media (LinkedIn).
  • A T-shaped marketer with broad skills across the marketing mix and deep expertise in one or more areas.
  • Ability to strategize and execute—from shaping positioning to producing campaigns and content.
  • A self-starter who thrives on multitasking, with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in tech licensing, product marketing, medtech, health, or wellness industries.
  • Knowledge of SaaS demand generation best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Previous exposure to scaling B2B marketing functions in emerging business models.
