Sales Development Representative

Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more!

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our talent pool. This role is perfect for individuals early in their sales career or those with relevant internship or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Research target accounts and tailor messaging strategies accordingly
  • Continuously test and refine scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance
