Responsible for the administration of the resources of the assigned area or operation, focused on achieving objectives, ensuring that the defined production plan is executed within the parameters of safety, quality and required volume; distributing the workload of the area. Manages human, material and time resources for the correct execution of production, monitoring key indicators that allow him/her to make decisions through leadership and direction towards his/her group of collaborators. Achieve that his/her staff work in a safe environment with a focus on quality. Ensure the quality of the product and/or that the process meets the established standards. Administration of human resources (2 years). Ensure the production plan to meet the requirements of our customers. Promote and implement improvement projects and teamwork in his/her area. Skills and Competencies Management of the English language at an intermediate level, 60% or higher. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and SMED methodologies. Root Cause Analysis. Teamwork. Assertive communication. Emotional intelligence. Conflict management. Decision making.

Directs and coordinates multiple wafer fab operations required in the production of semiconductor integrated circuits. Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to, wafer fabrication, assembly line maintenance, equipment engineering, process engineering and chemical mix activities. Establishes production schedules based on product requirements and material supply. Manages budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
