Description

Responsible for the administration of the assigned area or operation resources, focused on achieving objectives, ensuring that the defined production plan is executed within the required safety, quality, and volume parameters; distributing the workload of the area. Manages human, material, and time resources for the correct execution of production, monitoring key indicators that allow decision-making through leadership and direction towards their group of collaborators. Achieve that their staff work in a safe environment with a focus on quality. Ensure the quality of the product and/or that the process meets the established standards. Human resource administration (2 years). Ensure the production plan to meet the requirements of our customers. Promote and implement improvement projects and teamwork in their area. Skills and Competencies Intermediate level English language skills, 60% or higher. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and SMED methodologies. Root Cause Analysis. Teamwork. Assertive communication. Emotional intelligence. Conflict management. Decision making.
