Responsible for the administration of the area or assigned operation resources focused on achieving objectives, ensuring that the defined production plan is executed within the parameters of safety, quality and required volume; distributing the area's workload. Manages human, material and time resources for the correct execution of production, monitoring key indicators that allow decision-making through its leadership.
Primary responsibilities: Ensure that your staff work in a safe environment. Ensure that the quality of the product and/or process meets established standards. Administration of your staff. Meet production needs. Promote and implement improvement projects within your area of work. Request risk studies, report and follow up on accidents, incidents and findings found in your area of work. Lead root cause analysis, layer audits and ensure the conditions of your area to receive external audits, all focused on quality.
