Description

Responsible for keeping production equipment operational and keeping the lead platform engineer informed of any failures that put production continuity at risk.

Responsibilities

Perform and submit report of relevant daily activities.

Perform shift handover reporting pending activities to be performed.

Experience and Required Skills

High school diploma or technical degree.

Two years of experience managing electronic components cutting equipment.

Experience and Desired Skills

Handling computing equipment for report generation.

Ability to detect technical failures in equipment.

Ability to handle mechanical tools.

Advanced knowledge of electrical circuits.

Advanced knowledge of pneumatic circuits.

Use of measurement instruments MULTIMETERS, VERNIER, FORCE METER, and VIBRATION METER.

Knowledge of cutting mechanisms with saw.

Knowledge of sensors.

Basic knowledge of vision systems.

Teamwork.

Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Procedures.

Follow-up on process modifications and improvements.

Training to personnel.

Leadership.
