Technician of Equipment Engineering

Electronic Equipment Maintenance Engineer / Electronic Equipment Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

1.) Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment. 2.) Executes the setup changes required by production. 3.) Proposes equipment improvement projects. 4.) Compiles daily maintenance reports. 5.) Verify the scheduling of preventive maintenance of equipment. 6.) Identifies faults and executes corrective maintenance of production equipment. 7.) Uses diagrams and interprets them to execute their corrective maintenance activities. 8.) Performs tests of setups to verify operation and/or identify faults in equipment. 9.) Performs manual assembly of small components using the microscope.

Experience and Required Skills

Education: Completed high school, desirable Technical Career in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, and/or truncated career in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science. Experience: In maintenance of electronic equipment and handling of measurement equipment, experience in working with multi-functional teams.

Experience and Desired Skills

• Use of Microsoft Office
• Visual acuity to see devices smaller than 1mm under a microscope
• Fine manual dexterity for the use of mechanical tools and assembly of micro components using a microscope
• Knowledge in Interpretation of Electronic Blueprints
• Knowledge in Soldering and measurement tools (Micrometer and Vernier)
