We offer the hybrid working approach with 3 days a week onsite in Osterley campus.

What You'll Do

  • This is a front-footed sales role with an expectation of regular face-to-face engagement with agency partners. The successful candidate will evangelise Sky Media's full proposition—spot and non-spot—demonstrating why Sky Media is the partner of choice through proactive selling, relationship-building, and tangible revenue delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end Spot campaign planning, delivery, and post-campaign analysis, driving decisions independently and flagging business risks with clear mitigations.
  • Develop trusted relationships with agencies, serving as a strategic contact who resolves conflicts, negotiates outcomes, and supports the sales agenda with data-driven rationale.
  • While the role focuses on proactively selling and managing the Spot portfolio, it also requires close collaboration with agency clients and colleagues across Sky Media's Addressable Sales teams to drive revenue growth across non-spot products such as AdSmart, VOD, and Digital.
  • Support Sales Managers, Controllers and Heads of in strategic trading and planning, attending internal and client meetings, manage internal communications
  • Act as the operational lead across multiple campaigns, managing ambiguity, solving cross-team dependencies both offshore and onshore teams, and representing Sky Media in complex delivery conversations.

What You'll Bring

  • Must have experience working in a media, advertising, or sales environment, with exposure to revenue‑driving commercial activity.
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of media buying calculations, including CPMs, CPTs, delivery pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, with the ability to apply these accurately in day‑to‑day campaign management.
  • Must be able to evidence experience in building, developing, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, through regular communication, responsiveness, and professional credibility.
  • Must have experience taking ownership and responsibility for campaigns, including briefing, setup, monitoring delivery, identifying risks or under‑performance, and supporting optimisation discussions.
  • Must have experience working in a revenue‑focused environment, with an understanding of how individual campaigns, trading decisions, and performance outcomes contribute to wider commercial and revenue objectives.
