Tessera is seeking a Operations Engineering Manager with a positive attitude. Tessera's U.S. Air Force Academy's (USAFA) Ops Engineer Manager leads all aspects of the OPS Engineering team including work control (requirements), optimization, and logistic sections to ensure full program success across all flights. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and the team's success is dependent on the leadership team position's efforts.
