The Role of Administrative Certification Support

The Administrative Certification Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of professional certifications. This role involves animating and supporting multi-site teams, coordinating with other services (logistics, administrative, pedagogical) and ensuring an optimal experience for learners and juries. The role combines operational management, administrative follow-up and methodological support, in a context where rigor and responsiveness are essential.

Your Missions as Administrative Certification Support Manager:

  • Integration and Training: Welcome and train new employees on certifications, update team skills, provide methodological support and contribute to the improvement of tools.
  • Management of Certification Sessions: Plan and follow certification sessions (registrations, rooms, equipment, topics, convocations, cancellations), follow the stocks and update documents related to the sessions.
  • Team Animation and Coordination: Motivate and animate the team, organize regular meetings, relay information and support the managers of the pole.
  • Support for Students and Administrative Follow-up: Manage prerequisites, welcome, emails and questions, centralize IT tickets, ensure the correct entry of activities and report malfunctions to the hierarchy.
  • Inter-service Collaboration: Participate in follow-up and launch meetings with other services, implement and follow processes related to certifications.
