The Role of Administrative Certification Support
The Administrative Certification Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of professional certifications. This role involves animating and supporting multi-site teams, coordinating with other services (logistics, administrative, pedagogical) and ensuring an optimal experience for learners and juries. The role combines operational management, administrative follow-up and methodological support, in a context where rigor and responsiveness are essential.
