Architecture Team Opportunity

You will join our Architecture team. The team is composed of expert profiles (Staff Engineers and Architects) who define the technical standards of Skello.

The objective of the position is to propose solutions focused around AI in order to respect our ambitious roadmap. We continuously develop innovative tools, such as our AI agent integrated directly into the Skello product, to transform the daily lives of our users.

What you would do with us:

Technical Development and Vision:

• Roll out the AI roadmap from a technical perspective and be able to challenge it.
• Be the point of contact and technical reference on all AI-related subjects within Skello.
• Adopt a "builder" posture to design concrete and effective generative AI solutions.

Expertise and Advice:

• Provide a consulting vision to guide technological choices and ensure an R&D approach aligned with business needs.
• Ensure full transparency on the reporting and progress of AI projects.

Collaboration and Impact:

• Work closely with key stakeholders: Architecture, Product, and Data teams.
• Ensure the sustainability and scalability of AI solutions integrated into the product.

What we would like to find in you:

• Approximately 6 years of experience with a solid background in Machine Learning, making/challenging models, arguing technical choices.
• Interest in LLMs.
• Ready to do pure software and interested in our technical stack (Node JS/TypeScript on AWS).
• Demonstrate transparency and have a genuine consulting posture.
• Be a "builder" at heart, focused on delivering concrete solutions.
